What this site collects, and what it doesn’t.
No tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no data sold or shared. This page describes everything kevinowens.com does with information about you.

Who is responsible
This site is run by Kevin Owens as an individual. For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what is held about you, use the contact form; it reaches the same place as everything else on this site.
When you send a message
The contact and speaking forms store what you type: your name, email address, and the fields you fill in, plus the time, the form you used, your browser’s user-agent string, and the IP address the request came from. That record sits in a Postgres database run by Render in the United States, and it exists so the message can be read and answered.
A notification email may be sent to Kevin when a form is submitted, through Resend. The legal basis is legitimate interest: you asked to be contacted, and this is how the reply happens. Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as the work it leads to needs a record. Ask and they are deleted.
The Lab assessment
The Lab runs entirely in your browser. If you enter an email address to see the full readiness breakdown, that address and your score are stored the same way a contact form message is. Skipping the email still shows the result.
Analytics, only if you accept
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which essays get read. It runs in Consent Mode with every storage type denied by default, so no analytics cookie is set and no measurement happens until you choose “Accept” in the bar at the bottom of the page. Decline, and the tag stays silent for the whole visit.
Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage under the key
ko_consent, which never leaves your device. To change your mind, clear this
site’s data in your browser and choose again. The advertising signal Google normally
sends alongside analytics is blocked at the network level by this site’s content
security policy, and Google Ads is not linked to this property.
What is never done here
- No email list, no newsletter, and no marketing automation.
- No advertising or retargeting pixels from any network.
- No selling or sharing of your information with anyone.
- No fonts, scripts or images fetched from third parties except the analytics tag above.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done. If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
